How to use a sugar scrub
Step 1: Wet your skin
Start with damp skin in the bath or shower.
Step 2: Scoop a small amount
Take a little scrub and warm it between your fingers.
Step 3: Massage gently
Massage in soft circles for about a minute and avoid the eyes. Be gentler on the face and lips.
Step 4: Rinse and moisturise
Rinse well and follow with a moisturiser. Use once or twice a week.
