Daily Fix For Moisture Rich Skin

Step 1:
CLEANSING – wash your skin and face with a soap, shower gel and/or face wash. Aim to exfoliate with a scrub twice a week, this will help eliminate the build-up of dead skin cells, and help clear clogged pores.

Step 2:
TONING – A good toner (cleanser) will remove the build-up of daily pollutants and make up whilst cleansing the skin. This is a vital process, once the skin is cleansed it will allow products to penetrate deep into the skins layer, allowing the product to actively treat the skin. Ideally cleanse the face daily as part of your morning & evening routine.

Step 3:
MOISTURISING – To avoid developing extremely dry skin it is important to moisturise daily. A good moisturiser will hydrate, plump, soften and smooth the skin. The best time to apply a moisturiser is after taking a bath/shower or after toning your skin, this is when the skin is moist and will allow moisture to be deeply penetrated into the skin. A light moisturiser can even be applied as a primer before using make up.
P.S don’t forget the sunscreen!
